3. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about your child’s health, sleep history, and routines.
• Inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or special needs that may affect sleep.
• Follow the sleep plan and recommendations to the best of your ability.

Results depend on many factors, including consistency, your child’s temperament, and developmental stage. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes.

4. Payment Terms

• Full payment is required prior to the start of Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Prices and packages are subject to change without notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.

5. Refund Policy

All Services are non-refundable due to the personalized and time-intensive nature of assessments and planning. Once a consultation or plan has begun, no refunds will be issued.

6. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• Sessions must be canceled or rescheduled at least [24/48] hours in advance.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may be forfeited and not eligible for rescheduling.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to illness, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances.
