After you book a sleep plan package, I’ll email you an intake form to complete before our consultation.
This allows me to learn more about your baby’s sleep, routines, and challenges so I can tailor the sleep plan specifically for your baby.
We will go over your baby’s customized sleep plan, including an age-appropriate schedule with wake windows, bedtime routines, night waking strategies, early morning waking guidance, and short nap solutions.
You’ll receive step-by-step sleep training techniques tailored to your baby and family.
Your sleep plan is designed to be easy to follow, with clear, step-by-step instructions so you don’t have to guess or research in the middle of the night.
Even at 2 a.m., you’ll know exactly what to do.

Every baby responds differently, but you may start seeing improvements in just a few days. Most babies show significant progress within 2 weeks, and some begin sleeping much better in as little as 5 days.
No. I personally do not support the Cry It Out approach. There are many effective, gentle sleep training techniques, and I tailor these methods to each baby and family. Sleep training is not about leaving a baby to cry alone—it involves responsive comforting, structured check-ins, and safe, developmentally appropriate guidance.
I offer sleep consulting for babies as early as 6 weeks up to 12 months.
Yes! I offer a Newborn Sleep Class and an Ask Me Anything session where you can discuss your concerns and learn what to expect with your newborn’s sleep.
YES! I completely understand your concern—it takes effort and investment—but I’ve been there myself. I also experienced sleep consulting with an IPSP-certified consultant, and it truly changed our nights. Check out the About Me page to learn more about my story and why I started this business.
No, I respond to messages during my scheduled answering hours. This approach gives you time to follow the step-by-step sleep plan and learn how to adjust your baby’s schedule as they grow. It helps you feel confident managing your baby’s sleep even after the consultation ends. I will try to answer as soon as possible throughout the day as well, but you can expect more prompt answers during those support hours.
